PayFlow Africa is an early-stage company and this notice covers this website only. We will update it before any PayFlow Africa product handles customer or employee data.
Who we are
PayFlow Africa (“we”, “us”) is an early-stage company developing payroll and HR software. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through payflowafrica.com (the “website”).
Information we collect
- Information you choose to send us. If you request early access or contact us, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, work email address, organisation, role, organisation size, country and any message you include.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or marketing cookies on this website, and the website itself does not set cookies. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary security cookies in some circumstances, for example to protect the website against automated abuse.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- manage the early-access list and contact you about PayFlow Africa early access;
- understand the payroll and HR needs of organisations interested in the product.
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you, such as our hosting provider and our email or form-processing provider, and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access and enquiry details while the early-access programme is running, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where information is processed
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Children
This website is intended for organisations and professionals and is not directed at children.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice as PayFlow Africa develops and change the “last updated” date when we do.
